i have these transparent bubbles that enter the screen after a moment, they stop any downloads and or anything running, can anyone help me stop these things, i dont know how they were entered or anything.

Are you talking about the bubbles screen saver? With this screen saver the screen appears to freeze. Just move the mouse and things should return to normal.You can right click on the desk top and select Personalize, then select screen saver and change to another or disable it altogether.

Hi, I would like to suggest you update the BIOS and the display card driver to check the issue. If it does not work, I also would like to suggest you test the issue in Clean Boot. Does it work normally in Clean Boot? Regards, Arthur Li - MSFT
