Hi, I am trying to two backup two laptops to an external hard drive is connected to a wireless network. The backup for my first laptop with Windows 7 does automated updated without problems. When I try the same with second laptop with Windows Vista it is asking me for a username and password to access the hard drive. The problem is the I never set up a username or password in the first place. I have tried everything but can't figure what it could be. Does anybody have an idea? Thank you
