Running XP and about a month ago my Mozy stopped working - I checked with them and reloaded their program - still Mozy starts and then shuts down. Ok I got so mad with Mozy that I uninstalled it and put onCarbonite - the same thing happenend. Backstarts then boom the machine reboots...So I have a external dirve - I used the XP backup to copy to the external drive and the same thing happend....All the other programs are working fine and I didn't do or load any new program when the problem started.The computer is protected by MS Defender and was always up to date .........
