Hi,

*It may take some time for troubleshooting a BSOD/reboot issue on forum. It is more recommended to submit a ticket to Microsoft Online Support for such an issue.

Please test to boot into Safe Mode (keep press F8 in booting process, choose Safe Mode as boot option) to see if it could get into Safe Mode.

If so, check recently installed drivers and applications, remove them one at a time to see if it could help recover the system.

You can also perform a restore as a quick workaround if backup was enabled.

If you can boot into Safe Mode but cannot find a possible cause (no update, application or driver is installed), continue with a Clean Boot to see if we can narrow down the cause:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135?wa=wsignin1.0

In Clean boot it will disable all third party applications. If you can boot into Clean Boot, enable these "disabled items" one or several at a time to continue the narrow down.

Also you can help us collecing the minidump files for further analysis:

Collect Minidump Files
=================
1. Click "Start", input "SYSDM.CPL" (without quotation marks) in the Search bar and press Enter.
2. Switch to the "Advanced" tab and click the "Settings" button under "Startup and Recovery".
3. Under "Write debugging information" section, make sure the "Small memory dump (128KB)" option is selected.
4. Make sure "%SystemRoot%\Minidump" is in the "Small dump directory" open box and click OK.

If the Blue Screen appears again, please refer to the following steps to collect memory dump files:

1. Click Start, type %SystemRoot%\Minidump" (without quotation marks) in Search bar and press Enter.
2. Go to your Desktop, right-click on it and create a new folder named "Dump".
3. Copy all the memory dump files (looks like [Mini032015-01.dmp]) in Minidump to this folder.
4. Right-click on the Dump folder, click "Send To", and click "Compressed (zipped) Folder".

5. Upload to OneDrive so we can receive.

Note: It will share to public if you upload to OneDrive.

If you cannot boot into Safe Mode, you will need to try a startup-repair as the first troubleshooting step. Also a system restore (recovery) could be a much quicker workaround if it is available.

This seems like you are encountering BSOD. While without the dump files, we can't accurately tell you what the cause of your crashes might have been. Some general advice is to update any drivers with the latest versions from the system or device manufacturer.
