auto protect disabled
have laptop with vista sp1, downloaded a spyware program from the net, and for a short while all was ok. then i noticed norton 360 auto protect was disabled. tried uninstalling spyware, no good. then tried system restore to point previous to spyware download, again no difference made. can someone please help, pc only 1 week old
