Hi I have a new computer installed with windows 7 64 bit. It has a atheros ar5007g wireless adapter. It periodically drops out - sometimes the computer detects it and the internet works fine, then the next time you re start the computer the computer does not detect the adapter and says there is something wrong with the internet controller in device manager. I am sick of having to start my computer twice (like now) to get onto the internet. Looking on the net shows a bunch of rubbish sites trying to make me buy a program to update the drivers, the manufacturer's site is similarly rubbish with no customer support and no driver update page. Windows says it has downloaded the most up to date drivers. All the other computers including 2 pcs and one mac all connect fine to the internet and I am sure it has something to do with this atheros adapter. I am not computer savvy so simple information would be nice.. Cheers Sam
