What is the difference between bitlocker and applocker??

BitLocker is used to protect data on the disk if someones tries to steal your hard disk from your computer or somone tries to steal your USB flash drive. If you use bitlocker then we lock the entire volume and you require a password to unlock the volume to access the data.
