I have database with all my customers, I can search them by phone numbers, but it takes too much time.

Is any plug-in or something like this to connect to my program (database) to improve searching?

How should it work? When my client is calling by Lync, it automatically opens his personal window.

Is it possible?

While it is possible its not a feature included in the Client.

You will have to create your own custom addon for Lync
