when I atempt to analyze and defragment I get a message, disk defragmenter has detected that Chkdsk is scheduled to run on the volume HP_PAVILION (C) please run Chkdsk /f. when I do nothing happens and I still can't defrag what can I do ?1 person needs an answerI do too

Method 1:Check whether the chkdsk is scheduled to run in the Schedule task, if it is scheduled then remove it from the list, restart the computer and check whether you are able to run disk defragmenter. Follow the steps mentioned below.a. Click on Start and click on All programsb. Click on Accessories and click on system toolsc. Check in Scheduled tasks whether Chkdsk is scheduled to run whenever you start the system. Method 2:I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below.a.
