Hi,

On my laptop with Win8.1, my alt gr key is no longer working.

It is not a hardware problem (I tested that by using the Ctrl + Alt Gr)

I is not a language setting (I have only 1 language activated)

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Not every keyboard has altgr key. And Alt-Gr can be hampered by programs running on your computer (hotkey collisions), try closing all your applications one by one and see if the problem gets solved.

List of known programs blocking alt+gr (based on comments below):

Remote Desktop Connection

Windows XP Mode (Virtual PC)

EasyTune

VMWare vCenter

mRemote

VirtualBox

Ditto

Unknown wmp (winamp?) plugin

Visual Studio 2010 (an add-in perhaps?)
