I only have one account on the computer, and it is listed as a computer administrator, but I am told that I do not have administrator privileges when I try to install or run some programs. Please help. Thanks.1 person needs an answerI do too

Also, a friend of mine had me check the Sharing tab of my C:\Program Files folder, and it says "All options on this tab are disabled because this folder is used by the operating system"
