You'll have to check with Acer to see if it's under warranty, or read the literature that came with it. I seriously doubt if they'll cover soda spills, though. You might be able to rinse it off well with rubbing alcohol, then making sure it's completely dry before trying to start it. No guarantees, but it might work. SC Tom

Does your warranty include user-inflicted damage to the laptop? It's intended to cover dropping the laptop, but it may include other catastrophes as well. Good luck.
