about windows features
i am using windows 7 64 bit prof.edi.
but telnet services not in the list so i check into the windows features on or off but there is a empty list show to me so what is the Probleme

You can try enable the telnet feature with dism. Open a elevated commando prompt and run: dism /online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:TelnetClient

"Turn windows features on and off" takes a while to populate and open.
Both Client and Server version are available for Telenet.
If you are having problem opening this try disabling your anti virus software.
