I have Window XP which has recently developed a problem. I am only able to defragment up to 35% if my “C” drive before the following message comes up. “Defragmentation is complete for: (C:) Some files on this volume could not be defragmented. Please check the defragmentation report for the list of these files” The report lists several files that have not been defragmented. I have tried a system restore to an earlier date but the problem is still there. Anyone know the solution 1 person needs an answerI do too
