I have windows 8.1.My device is a laptop .I have faced a weird error where my laptop stops working and a blue screen pops out with " your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart " I dont know what to do!! my Windows is genuine for sure and it is not cracked .This issue is extremely popular which makes it weird!!!! My laptop is at excellent condition .I really don't know what to do because this error used to happen like once in 3 month , but yesterday , it happened like 5 times which is not tolerable ! So pls help me ASAP . Thanks everyone

  We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.
