I've recently reinstalled windows Xp home on my laptop and activated it with no problem but then I turned the laptop off and came back to it later and when I tried getting back on it says that I must activate windows before using it. I click yes and it takes me in then says that Windows is already activated. I click ok then it logs out and when I click on my user name it says you must activate windows... this loop never ends. Any work around or fix? I used my dell OEM XP disc with the laptop and had no problems during install Also tried going into safe mode and it won't let me since windows has not been activated. thank you in advance 1 person needs an answerI do too

Make sure your system date and time are correct. Login to :http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/And do validation if problem did NOT solve contact Microsoft support.
