You should be able to use Windows Connect Now [WCN] on the XP machine to transfer an existing wireless network profile, ie. SSID/encryption type/key, to a USB flash drive. Then you can simply plug in the flash drive to the Windows 7 PC/laptop.http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb878069.aspxOpen the wizard and use the Manually assign a network key option.MS-MVP Windows Desktop Experience, "When all else fails, read the instructions"

Ive been to intel and downloaded there latest version but there is no mention of how to import the profile back in. I also tried their older version of the software but it's not supported and will not run in compatability mode.Any thoughts?Thank you for your time :-)

The only suggestion I have is to go to the Intel support site and see if they have a solution. If they have a support forum try posting there.MS-MVP Windows Desktop Experience, "When all else fails, read the instructions"
