Your going to have to describe your situation better.Is this an internal lan connection or going out through the internet, directly connected or through a router?What OS is the machine that you are connecting to, what is the OS of the accessing machine.What changed to cause this not to work, reboot, restore, power outage, and changes to any of the machines?Can you ping the machine by ip or by name? If not can you ping the router or access the routers config page?
