After restarting one of our PCs, winXP is treating all programs as files. For instance, when trying to open IE from the Quick Launch after you click on the icon you get the pop up window with Choose which program you want to use to open this file: File: iexplore.exe This happens for all programs. I can't even open system properties. For that it sayd that rundll32.exe is missing, but it isn't. Any help greatfully accepted!1 person needs an answerI do too
