My system hangs anytine I try to do a typical logoff. I am forced to do a hard stop/start to regain use of PC.Are you receiving an error message stating a specific program is not responding and prompting you to end now or cancel? If so, what is the program? If you do not know which application/program is not responding you can locate the information via event viewer > applications. Look for any errors which are in sync with the time of shut down. To access event viewer click start > run > type eventvwr > ok.I don't vote for myself I'm not here for the points.
