XP doesnt start after update
I bought two used Fujisu systems with 2.8, 512 and 40 GB. I installed xp sp3. It was successful but when I update my both computers do not start. when xp logo comes. It restarts. Please help me how to solve the problem and why it happens.1 person needs an answerI do too

Yes I did so several times it doesnt work. I forgot to mention in the first post. Not even last know good harware configureation. What I want to ask is why it happened on both systems? It means that there is some problem with the update or may be my hardware is not supporting some updates of IE 8 or whatever. I am having no problem with my laptop Dell studio 1555. I am afraid to update my old machines if its going to happen again because if you have to reinstall windows again and again you cant do anything.

No I can not start safe mode. When I start safe mode some text like appears like "multi0........... then it reboots. No option is working. When XP logo comes it reboots. Kindly tell me what could be the reason and how to solve this issue. Is this problem relating to hardware incompatibility or update.
