I have an XP computer and I am Unable to Verify Digital Signatures when downloading?1 person needs an answerI do too

I have been trying to initiate Norton 360 and have tried to download the appropriate software, but each time I do Windows does not recognise the digital signature from Symantec and as such does not allow me to enable the download....The DS are there as I viewed them, but still windows insists they are not there...I hope this helps.
