XP and Win 7 Roaming profile
Hi there,
I am due to migrate our computers from Windows XP Pro to Windows 7 Pro. On my test machine, windows 7 is creating a new profile with v2 at the end of the username and is not importing from the XP profile (for both admin and normal user accounts). This is
on Server 2003.
Is there a way around this so that all XP roaming profiles can be imported to Windows 7 roaming profiles? Copy and paste obviously does not work.
If not importing, any other solutions to this?
Are there any other forums regarding this issue and fixes that i have not come accross?

Computers running Windows Vista cannot read roaming user profiles created from Windows XP. For this reason, you may create
