XP Printing Issue. I am unable to print using any windows application. I can see my printer in the print dialog box but I cannot select it.
I am unable to print using any windows application. I can see my printer in the print dialog box but I cannot select it. I am running XP Home SP3. The printer is an Epson SX400. I have re-installed the printer correctly from CD and it is visible in the list of printers / control panel and I can print a test page. I have also checked the drivers ar up to date. When I try to print say using Word, I get an error message saying that the printer has not yet responded. If I try to select the printer from the Print drop down box, I am unable to select the printer. Can someone advise as I am baffled by this and it looks like I may have to re-install windows if I cannot get help. thx Derek1 person needs an answerI do too
