When I turn on my computer everything seems to be working fine and the monitor works and displays the start up procedure, but when the Windows XP loads and the blue login screen comes on it begins to blink and most of the time the words and login bar is distorted and it won't allow me to login. And when I do put in my password and press enter my computer restarts. Any idea of what's happening?1 person needs an answerI do too
