Sorry for the english ..
Let me explain by showing you the screenshot.
What I get is what I am showing that
I configured on a PC at home, or
Windows Seven and Windows
XP.
On xp I get clicking on Resource Network \
Entire Network \ Microsoft Windows Network\ (All
working groups that I created on the
client)
I would get the same thing about Windows
Seven, from any location.
This Screenshoot instead is the
client that is located on the workgroup
MSHOME in this example.
Now comes in the Computer
Description!
Since the Company will have all the
names of the type PC-54
PC-12, the user would access the data
of George, he can not remember the name of his
computer, but at least he
knows that working in Administration,
then this case, will access
to the Working Group called Directors,
will see all clients with special names
and descriptions based on computer
(as in the case mentioned below)
will now have access to George,
without making any effort.
On Windows Seven network in
dough, so show me any PC
with flat IDs that do nothing but
make life complicated end-user
who simply wants to access a file on another
PC.
In the company of two clients I
tried to set them on two
different workgroups and I can still
see them in pastry network, while at home
I can only see PCs that belong
to the same group. (maybe I will not have
deleted the 'arp cache or
not dns cache does not open
..)
In this way if a client wants to access
another client that is located in a
designated work group, LLMNR reduces traffic
and Netbios,
because once you click on the Group Administration
to example number, then
they would only name resolution traffic
client on the same group,
or am I wrong? Also would reduce
banda, right?

It is not easy to read you letter. You are expected to make it more readable at least by adding spaces between words.
In comparison with Windows XP, Windows 7 has two way firewall and ports, that are opened by default in Windows XP are closed in Windows 7. For sharing you need port 445, but for legacy visibility there are ports 137-139 to be opened.
If you work with workgroup model, all accounts should be valid on all affected computers and all computers are in the same workgroup.
Active Directory is better model for centralized user and computer management and require the presence of at least one server (domain controller)
