We installed the teacher version of Office on a new Toshiba laptop with Windows 7. Word now opens with the same file as a blank document, even though it is not blank. We reinstalled Office to no avail. We used to Microsoft genie and it did not recognize the problem. Microsoft also suggested changing the registry and I could not find the lines to change. Thank you in advance for any help you can extend
