Hi, This issue mostly can be caused due to one of the following factors. 1. The wireless router or the wireless network adapter is not compatible with Windows 7. 2. The wireless router is damaged, so the signal is unstable. 3. The wireless router signal is strong, but the wireless network card driver is corrupt. 4. Other software conflicts the wireless network connection. I would like to suggest you perform the following suggestions to check the issue. Suggestion 1: You may check if the wireless router or the wireless network adapter is compatible with Windows 7 on Windows 7 Compatible Center. Suggestion 2: Reset the router, update the router firmwareor replace it to check the issue. Suggestion 3: Install the latest version of the wireless network card driver for Windows 7. Suggestion 4: Narrow down the cause in Clean Boot. Good luck! Arthur Li - MSFT
