Occassionally from time to time my laptop will show my Actiontec router with its wireless name I gave it - dundermiffed and from time to time it will stop showing dundermiffed and name it to dundermiffed 2. My question is why does Windows 7 do this and add a 2? The laptop will connect just fine connecting to the 2. Should I upgrade the nic card driver? It seems like the wireless connection changes from time to time.
