Wireless connected but no internet access
I just got back from vacation, I was gone for 10 days. Before I left, everything was working fine. Now that I got back, my family installed a new internet and my wireless isnt working. My brother has a laptop thats the exact same model as mine, HP-G60-507DX. His wireless etc is working fine. My internet is connected, multiplayer games work fine, just my actual browsers dont work. I have opera, chrome, IE, firefox, cometbird, and safari (browser junkie, I know) and Ive checked the proxy settings etc, everythings normal. Ive restarted the modem and everything, infono success. Also checked my wireless driver, working fine. ipconfig /all gives Windows IP Configuration Host Name . . . . . . . . . . . . : Gaabe Primary Dns Suffix . . . . . . . : Node Type . . . . . . . . . . . . : Hybrid IP Routing Enabled. . . . . . . . : No WINS Proxy Enabled. . . . . . . . : No Wireless LAN adapter Wireless Network Connection: Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Atheros AR9285 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 0C-EE-E6-96-D8-38 DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : fe80::b87c:f075:b13c:c25d%12(Preferred) IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.5(Preferred) Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0 Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1 DHCPv6 IAID . . . . . . . . . . . : 302837478 DHCPv6 Client DUID. . . . . . . . : 00-01-00-01-12-75-28-83-00-1F-16-EE-1A-9B DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.254 NetBIOS over Tcpip. . . . . . . . : Enabled Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection: Media State . . . . . . . . . . . : Media disconnected Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : local.lan Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-1F-16-EE-1A-9B DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes Ethernet adapter Hamachi: Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Hamachi Network Interface Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-23-C3-5C-F9-43 DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 5.92.249.67(Preferred) Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.0.0.0 Lease Obtained. . . . . . . . . . : Thursday, July 15, 2010 3:39:54 PM Lease Expires . . . . . . . . . . : Friday, July 15, 2011 3:42:08 PM Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 5.0.0.1 DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 5.0.0.1 NetBIOS over Tcpip. . . . . . . . : Enabled Tunnel adapter isatap.{FA5726A0-2148-4BED-AB71-C7D3B2895E43}: Media State . . . . . . . . . . . : Media disconnected Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Microsoft ISATAP Adapter Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-E0 DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes Tunnel adapter Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface: Media State . . . . . . . . . . . : Media disconnected Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-E0 DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes Tunnel adapter isatap.{DB0F06A5-735E-494A-A04B-F34C608D5CEE}: Media State . . . . . . . . . . . : Media disconnected Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #2 Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-E0 DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes Tunnel adapter 6TO4 Adapter: Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Microsoft 6to4 Adapter #2 Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-E0 DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes IPv6 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 2002:55c:f943::55c:f943(Preferred) Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : NetBIOS over Tcpip. . . . . . . . : Disabled Btw, Im running windows 7 home edition, Any help would be apreciated, thanks

On the "Atheros AR9285 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter", your DNS setting is correct? Also, what is the "Hamachi Network Interface" used for? Also, have you verified on your Internet Router that you are not blocking/filtering MAC addresses or any other rules that could be preventing your outbound HTTP access?
