Wireless capeability switched off when reboot or coming out of hibernation
Everytime I reboot or come out of hibernation my wireless capability is switched off requiring me to diagnose and repairand turn on before I can use it, does anyone know if this is supposed to happen and if so can is there a fix to stop it? It's getting quite frustrating now as opening the connect to panel to diagnose and repair can take anything up to1.5 minutes My pc is a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo

Hi, From your post, I understand that the machine failed to connect to the wireless network each time you reboot or come out of hibernation. Is there any error received? I suggest performing the following actions to troubleshoot this issue: 1. Install the latest driver for the network adapter. 2. Install the Windows Update KB 943899 (http://support.microsoft.com/?id=943899).Hope it helps.

Hello,I have the same exact problem as stated in the original post. Every time I reboot or come out of hibernation my wireless capability is switched off requiring me to diagnose, repair, and turn on the wireless capability before I can connect to a network. I have already installed the current Windows Update. I have also investigated the possibility that this might be related to power management settings. Could you please provide further insight? Thank you for your assistance.Cheers,dB
