Wireless assistant not found
I have lost my wireless connection (Windows XP). Missing the wireless network assistant. I re-installed that and the driver for wireless connection. It worked, but then the next day when I turned on the computer they were gone again. I tried re-installing again but it still does not work. A year or so ago this happened and I took it for repair and when it came back i was told that all that need to be done was hit one of the "F" buttons on top row but I do not remember which "F#" to use and if I need to do anything else. Any ideas?1 person got this answerI do too

Hi Missmelis7,Thanks for posting. Which wireless network assistant are you referring to and who makes it? Also can you let me know the make and model of your PC and/or laptop so I can locate the latest driver? Finally can you check and see if the network card is being detected by the system. To do this. 1. Click Start2. Right Click "My Computer"3. Select "Manage"4. In this window's left pane select "Device Manager"5. In the right pane navigate and expand "Network Adapters"6. Please let me know what adapters are listed here. Hope This Helps. Let me know what your findings are.
