Wireless Network problem in XP
My wireless network works for only one profile on my XP computer. What could be the problem?

This is actually a Vista forum but never mind. When you say it only works for one profile, do you mean: 1. Connecting to the network? 2. Connecting to the internet? 3. Sharing files? Or do you get an error message?

Hi, Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet Forum. For further troubleshooting this issue, may I ask the following questions: 1. Is your computer in a domain environment? Do you log on with a domain account? 2. Does this wireless network require certificates? Do you receive any access permission checking pop up? You may need to contact network administrator to confirm it. 3. Please run the following commands to collect more wireless information and put it in this thread. 1) Open a Command Prompt by running as Administrator. 2) Run the following commands: Netsh wlan show all Netsh wlan profile name=the current profile name folder=c:\profiles interface=Wireless Network Connection Hope this helps. Thanks.
