Wireless Network Connectivity
I've come to the end of my skills and need some serious help. 1st problem is that this system has been configured by a 3rd party years ago. There is zero documentation or information regarding anything. I have been tasked with figuring out and repairing various problems and I am at a loss with some of them. I'm hoping to get some advice or direction that I may have overlooked or simply don't know about. I'll try to explain things a little. The network is set up over 2 physical locations. The master location (A) houses 2 servers, a Sonicwall Firewall to control traffic and outside VPN connection, and a T1 connection to the internet with a connected Cisco Wireless AP. Everything in this location works great. From Location A there exists a point-to-point T1 connecting Location B. Location B consists of the T1 and a Cisco AP. All traffic runs through the point-to-point before being routed either internally or out through the equipment at Location A. Everything is set up statically with no DHCP server. The major problem I am running in to at this point is any new wireless client that I try to install or move between locations loses all domain and internet connectivity at Location B. The older APs use a WEP key and I can get a solid, full strength connection to the AP. However, any new or moved machine gets the "Limited Connectivity" notice and gives no connection. Network/sharing center lists this as an unidentified network, classes it as public and gives no option. I've tried renewing, tried rebooting the equipment. All static numbers are verified and correct. I have got to be missing or doing something wrong. All older wireless clients, and wired LAN clients work fine from Location B. Also, I do not work on site. My boss is kind of pimping my limited knowledge out to a client, so anything I try will have to wait until I can make time to drive across town. So, I'm hoping to get a few ideas to try and report back. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help.

Hi, It is a Network Configuration problem. please make sure you can access the resouce at Location A from B after building P2P connection. It seems a gateway issue. Juke Chou TechNet Community Support
