Hi pal, There could be two possibilities: -Your wireless network adapter is incompatible with the access point firmware, so you will need to upgrade the firmware to see if the problem will be solved. -Your network adapter is being protected by an antivirus, but if this is the case you couldn't possibly connect from the very beginning. but you could disable your antivirus or firewall and check things again MCT, MCSA/MCSE Security http://esitech.spaces.live.com/

Just to be more specific, to disable anti virus on your network adapter, right click and get the properties of the adapter and right on the first tab, untick the new item added related to your antivirus if there is anyMCT, MCSA/MCSE Security http://esitech.spaces.live.com/

Hi, Intel documents that you need to use WPA2-AES. http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/4965agn/sb/cs-025643.htm ALso, make sure you have the latest firmware for the 160N and the latest Intel driver.
