McAfee is trash and Norton is a system hog...and if you are running both McAfee and Norton (Symantec) antivirus software on the same computer(s) that might be why they are infected. You can delete the file all you want by renaming it but, that won't get rid of all aspects of the infection. Download, update and scan with Malwarebytes and Superantispyware. Perform full scans with each. Then get a real antivirus software like Avast Pro.Malwarebytes.orgSUPERAntiSpyware.com | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!http://www.avast.com/indexSometimes deciding which battle to fight is the toughest battle of all..
