IE cannot display the webpage; What you can try: diagnose computer problm; Network Diagnostic for Windows XP box pops up, Run the test, results=Winsock provider catalog has problm; Windows will reset to default configuration; problm now fixed; Must restart computer for repairs to take effect......Now internet will work until this randomly pops up again in the middle of a website, changing websites, or working..it may happen at anytime and I keep doing this same thing over and over. Please Help!2 people need an answerI do too

Running WinSock XP Fix might solve the problem.
