Winmail error
I'm preparing a Windows 7 Reference Image, deploying with SCCM.
Everything looks good only one annoying thing that I have never seen before.
Each time a user logs in for the first time I see a progress bar of Windows Mail that is trying to restore something.
In the event viewer is ID 494 WindowsMail0: Database recovery failed with error -1216 because it encountered references to a database.
The image is very thin, in fact only sysprepped W7 source, so no rubbish inside which should link to DB or what so ever.
Any idea why the systems is trying this?
Tnx!

Hi,
Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet forums.
This error happens if Windows is attempting to transfer data to Windows Mail, however, Windows Mail isn’t available in Windows 7. You may go to the Windows Mail
folder to see if any Windows Mail database is stored, please manually remove all Windows Mail databases. By default, Windows Mail database is stored at the following folder:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\WindowsMail
Meanwhile, since you are deploying Windows 7 in SCCM, please contact
SCCM for help as well.
Best Regards
