Windows update never finishes
On my 4th day of running Windows 7. I am not able to get Windows Update to finish. It ran and updated initially, but now it is in a perpetual "Checking for updates..." stage. I had recently installed Office 2007 SP2 manually. I have gone through multiple reboots. I have left it sitting for hours. Right now, it has been sitting for about 2 hours. Any ideas?

Fixed it, I manually started the 'Background Intelligent Transfer Service' and it detected updated within minutes.
