Hi Rodrigues,

Welcome to the forum.... May I know what exactly happens when you try to shutdown, Does it freeze with any message or howmuch time it does take to shutdown... since when you started facing this, any recent changes?

Hi,

I recommend you install latest Windows Updates and install latest drivers for all devices connected to the machine.

Meanwhile please close all running applications including background running applications before shutting down the machine in case some programs might block the shutdown process.

Run virus scan and perform maintance task for your system such as disk cleanup to improve the performance of your machine.

Regards

did this issue also happen during restart?

if this issue doesn't persist during restart, try to disable "Turn on fast startup (recommended)"
