I wanted to know if there is a windows shortcut to switch my monitors displays. Example Monitor A has a game on it Monitor B has IE on it. If i wanted to make whats on monitor B appear on monitor A and vice Versa is there a short cut for this?

you can check your graphics driver properties. some graphic drivers expose functionality liek that and allow to create shortcuts for it (atm at a single monitor integrated intel gpu system where you only can define to rotate the screen via shortcuts, but its worth to check i guess for oyur system) (see http://blogs.technet.com/b/usefultechnology/archive/2006/04/21/425871.aspx for the general idea)
