Windows reset failed getting BSOD on start up- Critical_Process _Died

Good day.

Last night i ran Windows reset in order to clean my laptop. When it was done it told me that the reset failed. Now everytime i start up the laptop it gives me a BSOD with the error Critical_Process _Died.

I tried starting up in safe mod but same error. I dont have a disk to run repair from and the only cd key avalible to me was on the system.

i also cant create a recover disk from one of my other pc's because they are 64bit and this laptop is 32 bit.

Is there anyway i cant download a recovery disk online?
