Windows remote assistance isn't working
I receive the invite and I type in the password and after a few moments a message comes up and says.. "The person you are trying to help might have closed Remote Assistance. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network. Try to identify and resolve network problems." My friend did not close Remote Assistance. I do not have a problem with my network. What do I do? It was working fine last week. Thanks

Hi, Due to this issue did not occur before, I suspect that the recently changes in your Windows 7 lead to this result. Did you install any software in your computer? Currently, I suggest you perform the following steps to check this issue: 1. Try system restore to get back to a good time. 2. Perform a Clean Boot to see how it works. Meanwhile, please go to check the Event log to see if there is any useful information in it. And post the information in this forum.
