Windows problems
1. pretty frequently, pressing the on/off button does not bring pc out of sleep mode. I need to hold it down longer to stop it and then again to start it. 2. open explorer, it does not connect, run diagnostics and it says " a problem is preventing the troubleshooter from starting" 3. open a doc in word, select print and pop up for printer selection and OK never comes up.

1. pretty frequently, pressing the on/off button does not bring pc out of sleep mode. I need to hold it down longer to stop it and then again to start it. Please open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options, click “choose what the power button does”. Change the behavior. If it does not work, the root cause can be the firmware of the BIOS that is not compatible with Windows 7. Please try to resolved with the latest BIOS firmware. 2. open explorer, it does not connect, run diagnostics and it says " a problem is preventing the troubleshooter from starting" Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage 3. open a doc in word, select print and pop up for printer selection and OK never comes up.
