Windows not starting up

Hi,

I have a Acer machine with Windows 8.1 OS. Since from past 5 months I am using this machine.

But Today when I Started my machine Windows logo comes and it will just take ages and not getting the login screen.

I tried going to safe mode but no luck,also tried Automatic repair but no luck.

can you tell me some reparing options.

Just check RAM of the machine, remove and clean the port then again try to start your system.

is there any changes before this issue happen? add HW, installed update, installed software ect

mostly is because 3rd party hardware attached at your PC, try to remove any 3rd party attached (LAN cable, HDD external, ODD external, USB thumb drive, ect)

Hi,

Under Advanced option, please choose Command Prompt, and run following commands to repair boot configuration Date:

bootrec /fixmbr

bootrec /fixboot

bootrec /scanos

bootrec /rebuildbcd
