Windows log on issues
I recently purchased a used computer that was cleaned up. While setting it up, I was prompted to set a username and password. I did that and wrote down what my entry was. When the computer re-started, it asked me to enter the username and password. I did and it is telling me it is incorrect. I can't get passed that screen. How can I get around it to reset the username and password? Also, purchased these computers and with one of them the keyboard doesn't work. Any tricks?
