Uninstall the TV tuner software then remove the hardware, see if that resolves the problem. If yes, then contact the tuner manufacture, maybe there is a newer driver available.Rich

It's been my experience that these errors are usually caused by either a problem in a hardware device itself or a situation where drivers on the system are colliding with each other.Since this is a new system, I would first check with the manufacturer for any known issues with this particular model. Hi izzx360, According to your description and after checking the minidump file, it seems the issue is related to the hardware, especially the display card or its driver. Please go into Safe Mode (Restart computer, press the F8 key when the boot menu pops up, select [Safe Mode], and boot up) and check if the issue still occurs. If the issue does not occur, please uninstall the display card from Device Manager and reinstall it to see if the issue can be resolved: 1. Click the Start Button, type Device Manager in the Search bar and press "Enter". Click Continue if necessary. 2. Double click to expand the Display adapters. 3. Right click the display card and click Uninstall. 4. Restart the computer. Please check if the issue reoccurs. If not, please run Windows Update to install and download the driver. Or, you can go to the manufacturer's website to download the driver as well. However, if the issue persists, please unplug all unnecessary devices and then perform the steps below to see if the culprit can be found: 1. Click Start, type Device Manager in the Search bar and press Enter. 2. Expand Sound, video and game controllers. 3. Right click on your sound card and then click Properties. 4. In the dropdown menu of Device Usage, please choose Do not use this device (disable) and click OK. 5. Please use the same method to disable other dubious hardware such as: internal modem, network card and CD-R drive. Please note some devices such as video adapter are not available to be disabled. If the issue still exists, to solid troubleshoot this kind of kernel crash issue, we need to debug the crashed system dump and analyze the related source code if needed. Unfortunately, debugging is beyond what we can do in the forum. I'd like to recommend that you contact Microsoft Customer Support Service (CSS) for assistance so that this problem can be resolved efficiently. To obtain the phone numbers for specific technology request please take a look at the web site listed below: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;PHONENUMBERS If you are outside the US please see http://support.microsoft.com for regional support phone numbers.
