When I try to open any new program, or many files, windows installer begins to open adn then tries to load earthlink accelerator which I got rid of a long time ago. It takes several clicks on cancel to continue. It seems many many people have had similar problems and I have found no solution to the problem yet. Please, some help for dummies!!1 person needs an answerI do too

Thank you for trying to help. I have done everything you suggested and nothing gets rid of the windows installer pop-up. I can't beleive this is such a difficult problem to solve. Can anybody offer a solution. It is getting very old and annoying.Thanks for tryingTom
