Windows installer error 1719
Successfully installed Final Draft 8.0 on my other computer (PC) which has Windows XP, but keep getting Windows Installer error 1719 when attempting to install on Windows 7 32 bit via Parallels on my Mac. There are many suggestions re what to do with error 1719, but find this confusing. I want to know which is the best solution for this problem. Thank you!

· Hi, · Thank you for posting. Based on my research, I would like to suggest the following: 1 Right-click on the installation package and select “Run as administrator” and check if it can be installed. You may also try to run it with “Compatibility mode”. 2 Please check if similar issue occurs when installing other software. 3 Check the Windows Installer service: 1) Click Start, type services.msc in the Search Bar and press ENTER. 2) In the Services (Local) list, right-click Windows Installer, and then click Properties. 3) If the Startup type is set to Disable, please change it to the Manual option. 4) You can also try to start the Windows Installer service manually and see if an error message will appear. 4 Install this program in Clean Boot. Hope it helps. Regards, Leo HuangPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
