When I turn on my computer I immediately get a Windows Installer box and it says it is trying to install a file (i.e. Roxio, or it could be any other file). I can't get rid of the Installer box and it keeps flashing on my screen. Also, when try to download the latest version of adobe flash or adobe PDF reader I don't get the yellow band with the sentence asking me if I want to install the active X program. I hear a beep sound, but the yellow band with the message doesn't come up. I ran a virus scan with the microsoft program and I don't have any viruses. How do I resolve this issue? It is annoying to keep seeing the flashing windows installer box.9 people need an answerI do too
